Santiago Roel Santos is the founder and CEO of Inversion. He is among the most active investors in crypto, having backed over 150 startups and many industry leaders over the past decade. Previously, Santiago was a Partner at ParaFi Capital, an institutional blockchain investor managing over $1 billion. He also held investment roles at Sageview Capital, a $2 billion growth equity firm focused on software and tech-enabled businesses, and at JP Morgan’s Investment Banking Financial Sponsors Group.

Suzanne Dannheim is co-founder and COO of Inversion. Prior to joining Inversion in 2025, she led US & EMEA crypto product development, strategy, and distribution within the Firmwide Digital Assets team at Goldman Sachs, informed in part by her early foray into the crypto industry as a passion project in 2016. Suzanne started her career in the Emerging Markets FX and Rates trading desk at Goldman Sachs.

Giselle Sedano is General Counsel at Inversion. Prior to joining Inversion, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where she represented and counseled clients in complex, high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional government actions, internal investigations, congressional inquiries, and legal and reputational crises. She also advised global private equity and investment firms on cross-border transactional and compliance matters, focusing on anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and other international regulatory risks across diverse industries. Previously, Giselle served as a compliance officer at Fortress Investment Group. She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

George Calle is Head of Research at Inversion. He has spent his career creating frameworks to assess businesses and technologies at the intersection of financial services and crypto. Previously, George was Head of Research & Data at The Block, where he led the largest independent research team in crypto, developed an investment diligence practice, and helped guide the company through its $70 million sale. He started his career in research and corporate development roles at R3, a consortium of financial institutions and regulators exploring blockchains.

Adam Wyatt is Head of Investor Relations at Inversion Capital, with more than 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. He specializes in corporate strategy and capital formation within private markets — spanning marketing, client service, consultant relations, and business development. Prior to joining Inversion Capital, Adam held senior roles at notable firms including G&B Capital, TriLinc Global, Sterling Organization, TCW, AllianzGI, and ULLICO.

Alvaro Gornes is a Private Equity Associate at Inversion Capital. Prior to joining Inversion in 2025, he worked at Ares Management in the European Special Opportunities Fund, investing across the entire capital structure. Alvaro started his career in the Investment Banking Consumer & Retail Division at Morgan Stanley.

Lindsay Gaziano is an Executive Assistant at Inversion. Prior to joining Inversion in 2025, she specialized in talent acquisition within the crypto industry.

Mateo Moya is a Market Analyst Intern at Inversion, where he focuses on fintech and telecom opportunities in Mexico. Prior to joining Inversion in 2024, he's had diverse exposure at Proficio Capital Partners, PINFRA, Aktiva Capital, and Accuvest Financial, building experience across private equity and investment research. He is a junior at The George Washington University, double majoring in Finance and Information Systems, and is an incoming 2026 Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York.

Lucas Botbol Agusti is a Market Analyst Intern at Inversion, where he focuses on fintech and telecom opportunities in LATAM. He is a sophomore studying Computer Science  at the University of Texas at Austin and Executive at the Texas Blockchain club. At Texas Blockchain he has contributed in many hackathons with $3k+ in winnings.
